1. Gather a pot, small stones, and soil. 2. Write down 5 things you are grateful for on pieces of paper. 3. Place the stones at the bottom of the pot for drainage. 4. Fill the pot with soil. 5. Plant the gratitude notes in the soil like seeds. 6. Water the pot and share with someone why you chose those items.
