1. Gather 5 small pots and soil. 2. Write one thing you are grateful for on a piece of paper for each pot. 3. Place the paper at the bottom of each pot, then fill with soil. 4. Plant 1 seed or small plant in each pot. 5. Water your plants and place them in sunlight. 6. Share with your family what each plant represents for you.
