1. Open a plain text editor (like Notepad or TextEdit). 2. Type '<!DOCTYPE html>' at the top of the document. 3. Add '<html>', '<head>', and '<title>Your Title Here</title>' between opening and closing tags. 4. Create a '<body>' section and add '<h1>Your Name</h1>' and '<p>Your favorite hobby!</p>'. 5. Save the file as 'my_website.html'. 6. Open the saved file in a web browser to see your creation!
