1. Gather colored paper, scissors, and glue. 2. Draw and cut out a large plate shape from paper. 3. Cut out pictures of proteins, carbs, and veggies from magazines or draw them. 4. Arrange the cut-outs on your plate to create a balanced meal. 5. Glue them down and label each food group. 6. Share your plate with family and explain your choices.
