1. Gather colored paper, marker, and scissors. 2. Cut the colored paper into a large circle, representing your breath. 3. Draw lines radiating from the center to represent each deep breath. 4. Choose a color for each breath and write 'Inhale' and 'Exhale' along the lines. 5. Practice deep breathing, inhaling for 4 counts and exhaling for 6 counts while visualizing your colors. 6.
