1. Set up a chessboard with all pieces in their starting positions. 2. Each player creates a unique challenge by removing one of their pieces and explaining how to win from that position. 3. Take turns attempting to solve each other's challenges within 5 minutes. 4. Discuss strategies used and what made the challenges tricky. 5. Set a timer for 2 minutes to come up with new challenges. 6. Repeat the process, adding more pieces each time to increase difficulty.
