Engaging in acts of kindness activates mirror neurons, prompting children to reflect on their own actions and feelings. The visual representation of a kindness chain reinforces social bonds and motivates further altruistic behavior.
1. Gather 10 colored pieces of paper and cut them into strips. 2. Write one kind action on each strip, like 'help Appa with chores' or 'share a toy with Didi'. 3. Form a circle with the first strip and tape it to make a loop. 4. Add the next strip by threading it through the first loop and taping it to form another loop. 5. Continue adding loops until all are connected, creating a kindness chain. 6. Display your kindness chain somewhere visible to remind everyone to be kind!
