1. Gather materials: an old book, colored papers, scissors, and glue. 2. Choose a story you love or invent your own. 3. Cut a piece of colored paper to fit the front of your book. 4. Draw or collage images that represent your story on this paper. 5. Write the book title and your name as the author. 6. Share your book cover with family and explain your design choices.
