Creating a storyboard helps students visualize the historical context and significance of India's Constitution, linking events to their impacts on society and governance.
Using Bruner's CPA approach, children engage in concrete activities (drawing), represent ideas pictorially (pictorial), and develop abstract thinking about constitutional principles. This layered learning fosters deeper comprehension of historical timelines and their relevance.
1. Gather a large sheet of paper and colored pens or pencils. 2. Divide the sheet into 6 sections using a ruler. 3. Research 6 key events leading to the Constitution's formation. 4. In each section, draw a scene representing one event. 5. Write a short description below each drawing explaining its significance. 6. Share your storyboard with family, discussing what you learned about the Constitution!
