1. Take 2 empty glass jars and clean them thoroughly. 2. Decorate each jar with colorful paper and markers. 3. Write down at least 5 acts of kindness you can do for others on small pieces of paper. 4. Fold the papers and place them into the jars. 5. Choose one act of kindness to do each week and track your progress. 6. Share your experiences with your family — how did your acts impact others?
