      Try it with your learner

      1. Find a quiet space and sit comfortably with your back straight. 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to four. 3. Hold your breath for a count of four. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four, imagining stress leaving your body. 5. Repeat this cycle for five minutes, focusing on your breath and how your body feels. 6. Share with a family member how you felt before and after the exercise.
