      Try it with your learner

      1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them securely. 2. Set them up in a row on the floor. 3. Take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, then blow gently to pop a balloon. 4. Repeat this for each balloon, concentrating on your breath. 5. After popping, discuss how it felt to use your breath. 6. Challenge your family members to try and pop theirs using the same focus!
