1. Open a text editor on your computer, like Notepad or TextEdit. 2. Type '<!DOCTYPE html>' at the top of the page. 3. Add '<html><head><title>Your Hobbies</title></head><body>' below. 4. Insert '<h1>My Hobbies</h1>' and list 3 hobbies with '<ul><li>Hobby 1</li><li>Hobby 2</li><li>Hobby 3</li></ul>'. 5. Close the tags with '</body></html>'. 6. Save the file as 'hobbies.html' and open it in your browser to view your webpage.
