1. Take a glass jar and decorate it with colorful paper or stickers. 2. Write down 10 kind actions on small pieces of paper (e.g., help a friend, compliment someone). 3. Fold the papers and place them in the jar. 4. Each week, draw one action from the jar to complete. 5. Share your experience with family — how did it feel to perform the kind action? 6. Create a new list of actions to add to the jar after a month!
