1. Open a text editor on your computer (like Notepad or VS Code). 2. Write `<!DOCTYPE html>` at the top to start your HTML document. 3. Add `<html>`, `<head>`, `<title>Your Title Here</title>`, and `<body>` tags. 4. Inside `<body>`, write your hobbies in `<h1>` and add a few `<p>` tags describing each hobby. 5. Style your website using inline CSS, like `<h1 style='color:blue;'>`. 6. Save your file with a `.html` extension and open it in a web browser to see your webpage!
