1. Mix 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of dish soap in a bowl. 2. Use a straw or your fingers to dip into the solution. 3. Take a deep breath and gently blow through the straw to create bubbles. 4. Count how many bubbles you can create in 1 minute. 5. Share your bubble count with a family member and see who made more! 6. Reflect on how calm you felt while blowing the bubbles.
