1. Gather a balloon and a timer. 2. Take a deep breath in through your nose. 3. Blow into the balloon slowly until it's moderately inflated. 4. Hold the balloon tightly and count how many seconds it takes to inflate it fully. 5. Repeat 3 times and try to beat your best time! 6. Reflect on how your breathing felt during each attempt — were you calm and focused?
