1. Sit comfortably with a family member. 2. Place your hands on your belly. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 2. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6. 6. Repeat this process for 5 minutes, focusing on each breath.
