      1. Sit comfortably on the floor with your legs crossed. 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in for 4 seconds. 3. Hold your breath for another 4 seconds. 4. Exhale slowly for 6 seconds, imagining any distractions leaving your body. 5. Repeat this cycle 5 times, focusing on how your body feels. 6. Discuss with your family how you felt before and after the exercise.
