Mindful breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing anxiety and increasing calmness. This embodied cognition connects the act of breathing to the physical action of popping, making focus training both engaging and memorable.
1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them off. 2. Place them on a flat surface. 3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly. 4. Slowly exhale through your mouth, aiming at a balloon to pop it. 5. Repeat with each balloon, focusing on your breath each time. 6. Challenge someone to join and see who can pop all balloons with fewer breaths!
