1. Sit comfortably on a mat with your family. 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in for 4 counts. 3. Hold your breath for 4 counts. 4. Exhale slowly for 6 counts. 5. Repeat this cycle 5 times, focusing on how your body feels. 6. Share with your family how you feel before and after the exercise.
