1. Sit comfortably in a quiet space with your family. 2. Close your eyes and place one hand on your stomach. 3. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4, feeling your stomach rise. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 5. Exhale through your mouth for a count of 4, feeling your stomach fall. 6. Repeat this cycle 5 times and discuss how you feel after.
