1. Inflate a balloon and tie it securely. 2. Find a quiet space with no distractions. 3. Hold the balloon in front of you and take a deep breath in. 4. Slowly release the air while visualizing the balloon floating higher. 5. Repeat this for 5 rounds, syncing your breath with the balloon’s movement. 6. Share feelings with your family: how did it help you focus?
