      Try it with your learner

      1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them off. 2. Choose a quiet space to sit comfortably. 3. Take a deep breath in, then breathe out slowly while focusing on your breath. 4. With each breath, pop one balloon by sitting on it or using a sharp object carefully. 5. After each pop, pause to notice how your body feels. 6. Share your thoughts about how breathing helped you stay calm while popping.
