1. Sit comfortably with your back straight. 2. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise for a count of 4. 4. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6, feeling your belly fall. 6. Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes, focusing on the sensation of your breath.
