      1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. 2. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4. 3. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6. 5. Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes, counting your breaths out loud. 6. Share with your family how you felt before and after the exercise.
