1. Find a quiet, comfortable spot to sit or lie down. 2. Close your eyes and place one hand on your belly. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise. 4. Hold the breath for a count of four. 5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your belly fall. 6. Repeat this process for 5 minutes, then share how you feel afterward.
