      Try it with your learner

      1. Gather a balloon and a timer. 2. Sit comfortably and hold the balloon in your hands. 3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your belly expand. 4. Blow gently into the balloon, counting to four as you fill it. 5. Observe the balloon grow larger as you exhale slowly through your mouth. 6. Repeat this for five breaths, then share how you feel!
