1. Create a Bingo card with 9 different fitness tasks (like jumping jacks, squats, etc.). 2. Gather family members to join the challenge. 3. Choose a task and complete it together — count how many times you can do it in one minute. 4. Mark the task on your Bingo card if completed. 5. Continue until one person gets Bingo (3 in a row) — celebrate together! 6. Discuss which exercises were the most fun and why.
