      1. Take a balloon and stretch it a little. 2. Place your lips around the neck of the balloon. 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, then blow gently into the balloon. 4. Count how long you can keep blowing without stopping, up to 10 seconds. 5. Release the balloon slowly and feel the air escape. 6. Share your results with family — how long did you last?
