      Try it with your learner

      1. Inflate 5 balloons and tie them securely. 2. Lay them on a flat surface. 3. Take a deep breath in and slowly blow out to pop a balloon. 4. Repeat for each balloon, noticing how your breath changes. 5. After all balloons are popped, discuss which ones took more focus. 6. Challenge a family member — who can pop the most balloons focusing on breathing?
