1. Gather 3 small balls (or rolled socks). 2. Stand in an open space with a clear floor. 3. Hold 2 balls in your dominant hand and 1 in the other. 4. Start by tossing one ball from your dominant hand to the other hand, then add the second ball. 5. Focus on your breathing as you juggle, finding a rhythm. 6. Challenge a family member to join and see who can juggle longer!
