1. Gather an empty jar, colored paper, and colorful pens. 2. Decorate the jar with stickers or drawings of things you love. 3. Cut the colored paper into small squares. 4. Write one thing you are grateful for on each square. 5. Fold the squares and place them in the jar. 6. Share your top three gratitudes with your family — how do they make you feel?
