      Try it with your learner

      1. Choose a favorite story and identify key scenes. 2. Create a simple map with at least 3 locations related to the story. 3. At each location, place a note with a scene summary or prop. 4. Walk to each location and narrate the corresponding part of the story. 5. Invite a family member to join and take turns retelling. 6. Discuss what new details you remembered during the narration.
